Refund policy

Our scripts are digital goods delivered instantly as downloadable files. Once a download is available to you, sales are normally final.

When we will refund

• The script does not work as described on its page, on a supported setup, and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time.
• You were charged more than once for the same order by mistake.

How to ask

Open a ticket on our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID and a description of the problem. Approved refunds are issued through Tebex to your original payment method.

This policy does not affect any rights you have under the law of your country.
